The 'Nogg'




Modern chicken houses are designed in the form of an egg become a trend for pet chickens. Cage was named the nogg. Chicken coop enough to house two to four chickens and a delight to have been placed on the garden behind the house. The nogg is made of solid cedar wood that smelled fresh and natural anti-bacterial.

Stainless steel cutting, locks & fasteners and glass dome cage design materials. A beautiful and unique objects into a chicken house pretty cool. Cage door frame made of stainless steel and has an innovative top glass and elevators to help light and air ventilation into the enclosure.

  3. As far as I know there is no one making these as yet. They would probably be expensive as there is considerable work involved in the cladding and lid. If it may be of interest it should be cheaper to convert an existing vessel such as a barrel. the only complex bit is the reinforcing of the pop hole surround which would need a frame fixing all the staves firmly before cutting. Also the Bilge, quarter and head hoops may need to be fixed at each stave to ensure rigidity as barrels are designed to be wet to remain tight and rigid.
    The head would need to be raised to give ventilation and rain run-off.
    A funky project not beyond any basic DIY skills. The chicken should like that.
